Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Restoration Counseling Center, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the needs of individual patients and couples.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that address complex family dynamics, enabling relationships to heal and grow.

• Working effectively with both adults and children/adolescents, addressing issues such as grief, loss, communication difficulties, and conflict resolution.

• Developing tailored therapeutic plans to achieve patient goals, adjust as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Participating in clinical meetings and peer reviews to ensure high clinical standards and continued professional development.
