Partner with leadership to strengthen employee relations and improve workplace morale. Perform routine audits of personnel files and ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliant. Assist the Recruitment Team by participating in hiring events and coordinating recruitment initiatives. Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources experience required. Previous Human Resources Director experience preferred. Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficient computer skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
