Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Royal Care Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status, including diagnoses when indicated, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools like the DSM-5.

• Developing customized, culturally sensitive treatment plans that address individual needs while progressing the treatment goals through regular evaluations.

• Collaborating closely with clients and supportive family members to refine treatment objectives, monitor patient advancements and intervene effectively when necessary.

• Training and mentoring students, interns, and other team members, fostering an educational environment that emphasizes continuous learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily focused on outpatient clients who may face various mental health challenges. Your practice will require an understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and unique individual circumstances. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work is mandatory.

• Active and current LCSW licensure in the State of California.

• Two or more years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services.

• Physical capability to lift and transport materials up to 25 pounds if needed.
