Commercial Accounts Collections Specialist
WM
WM is seeking a Collections professional to manage and optimize the recovery of commercial accounts for WM Recycle America. You will collaborate with Billing, Cash Applications, Account Managers and customers to update collection status and deliver timely responses. The role requires an eye for detail, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs/pivot tables) and the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
