The ideal candidate will be dedicated, detail-dynamic team that reflects theoriented, and capable of handling complex litigation issues with professionalism andcommunities we serve.expertise.Spotlight on CultureDuties & Responsibilities: Representing public entities in state and federal court in administrative hearings.  Mentoring Program Provide legal advice on matters related to public agency law, and education law.  Professional Development Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal documents.  Child-Friendly Business Award Collaborate with clients and provide strategic guidance on legal issues.  Community Engagement Projects Stay current on legal developments and provide training to clients.  Collaborative Environment No Jerks RuleQualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Focus on Schools and Community Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing. Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience Partnering with school districts, Proven trial experience. community colleges, cities, counties Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. and all types of public agencies is at the Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. core of what we do.
