Our typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet dynamic professional setting. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assessment and treatment for patients, carefully considering their unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain an appropriate patient load to ensure every individual receives dedicated attention and tailored care during their sessions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and utilize evidence-based practices to enhance functional mobility.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches and innovative methodologies.
• Encourage and educate patients about the benefits of non-surgical interventions to reduce their reliance on medications and invasive procedures.
• Deliver engaging fitness and wellness programs customized to assist patients in achieving sustainable health outcomes.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs and recovery milestones.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to create holistic care approaches for patients.
• Actively partake in continuous professional development and training, remaining up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle among patients by enhancing their strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Possesses an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, free of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in various manual therapy modalities to provide effective interventions.
• Exhibits an excellent ability to design and implement successful rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Competently utilizes Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, specifically Web PT, for accurate and efficient patient documentation.
• Displays in-depth knowledge of contemporary physical therapy modalities, backed by current research and clinical practices.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Background in sports medicine or athletic training will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in conducting workshops or group therapy sessions is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 a year, commensurate with experience.
