The Nurse Coordinator utilizes effective communication and collaboration skills, and ensures coordination of care with physicians, nursing staff and other disciplines/departments to facilitate positive patient outcomes. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Graduate of a NLN/AACN accredited program in nursing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms. Licenses and Certifications Required: Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
