Paradigm in Chicago seeks a Vocational Case Manager to assist individuals with the job-related effects of disabilities from work injuries. You will coordinate with clients, families, insurers, medical providers, employers and attorneys to support return-to-work planning and job placement. Working with a national company, you will develop rehabilitation plans, complete assessments, provide counseling, and help clients explore suitable employment opportunities while meeting regulatory requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Paradigm
