Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Clear Horizons, your primary responsibility will be to provide mental health therapy to couples, as well as engaging in individual sessions when necessary. Your role will encompass various tasks, including:

• Developing personalized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that address a wide spectrum of issues such as family conflicts, job-related stress, grief and loss, and blended family dynamics.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy, promoting communication strategies, and resolving interpersonal conflict among family members.

• Providing education and support to families going through separation or divorce.
\n
• Monitoring progress and facilitating follow-up discussions to adjust treatment as needed.
