The Transformative Trauma Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to enhance our outpatient services. Full-time hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no evening or weekend work requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring regular meetings to track their progress and overall stability, while maintaining ethical boundaries.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision sessions aimed at fostering personal and professional growth, incorporating feedback into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging with a full range of clients, from adolescents to adults, and will demonstrate sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds and experiences of the individuals we serve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
