Key Responsibilities\n

As the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans in alignment with best practices.

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions appropriate to the client's needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated care and comprehensive support to patients.

• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to continually enhance the quality of care offered to our clients.

• Offering education and support to patients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and accessing community resources.

• Managing a full caseload of clients, ensuring that treatment objectives are met in a timely and effective manner.

Your work will primarily focus on patients within a hospice setting, providing support to individuals and families facing the complexities of end-of-life care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
