Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, crafting diagnostic impressions that guide treatment planning.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients undergoing acute mental health crises, ensuring a safe and timely response.

• Maintain detailed, confidential client records compliant with ethical and legal standards, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care and enhance client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources, serving as an advocate for their rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health setting providing therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
