Digital Marketing Manager

Work Location: In person (hybrid) Come build something real at a fast-growing tech startup, where your work on day one actually moves the business. We're looking for someone who wants to run paid media as its own end-to-end function. The Role As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own the entire paid media operation: strategy, technical setup, execution, and optimization. You'll be the person who understands the technical backbone of every campaign, from platform and event setup to analytics and A/B testing, across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and emerging AI/chat advertising platforms. This is a role for someone drawn to the technical side of marketing who wants to run the whole show, not manage a piece of it. What You'll Do Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and emerging AI/chat platforms Set up and maintain platform configurations, event tracking, and conversion pixels across all channels Run technical audits to identify tracking gaps, attribution issues, or setup problems Build and manage a structured A/B testing program across creative, audience, and campaign structure Own reporting and analytics, translating data into clear optimization decisions Direct creative testing and collaborate with the creative team on new formats and messaging Evaluate and pilot new channels, including AI-driven platforms, as they become viable What You Bring 4-6 years in digital marketing, paid social, or performance advertising, including hands-on technical work Demonstrated experience owning platform setup, event tracking, and analytics implementation, not just managing budgets A track record of running structured A/B tests and using the results to drive real optimization Comfort working across a wide, evolving set of ad platforms Strong analytical ability and fluency in GA4 or comparable analytics tools High ownership mindset: capable of running the full paid media function independently Bonus: experience building out paid media programs from scratch, or working in a startup environment Why You'll Like It Here Exposure to emerging ad channels ahead of most marketers Direct collaboration with the founder and leadership team on strategy About Atom Atom is an AI-native premium domain marketplace helping startups and established businesses secure a strong name and build a stronger brand.
