Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and clinical training to independently conduct psychosocial assessments, formulating accurate diagnoses for a diverse patient population.

• Collaborate closely with patients to create personalized, patient-centered treatment plans that are informed by their individual needs and goals.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, utilizing approaches such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to promote positive outcomes.

• Cooperate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including psychologists and primary care providers, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care that addresses all aspects of health.

• Systematically monitor and document treatment responses, utilizing both virtual and in-person check-ins to keep patients on track with their goals.

• Assist in the management of psychotropic medications under the guidance of medical providers, focusing on adherence and evaluating effectiveness, while monitoring for side effects.

The primary clientele served by our clinic includes individuals seeking support for a range of mental health issues, with a particular emphasis on clients in a Detox environment. You'll engage with a diverse group of patients facing challenges such as substance use, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW license to practice independently in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
