Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and training to provide comprehensive psychosocial diagnoses and develop innovative treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Implement evidence-based techniques including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to enhance client progress and satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with a variety of healthcare professionals, including clinicians and primary care providers, to ensure integrated care that addresses both mental health and physical health needs.

• Consistently monitor patient progress through systematic tracking tools and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to align with their evolving needs.

• Support patients in managing psychotropic medications as prescribed, focusing on adherence, side effects, and overall effectiveness to improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
