Payroll Specialist

What You'll Do: Manage multi-entity payroll processing and administration Handle accounts payable operations and vendor relationships Perform bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month/year-end support Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements Support executive leadership with financial reporting and analysis What We're Looking For: Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred 3+ years experience in payroll, AP, or bookkeeping Healthcare/multi-entity experience a plus Proficient in Excel, accounting software, and payroll systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Why Join Us?
