Outlet Manager

Salary : $105K - $115K

Qualifications:

5+ years leadership experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining

Proven success managing high-volume, high-touch restaurant operations

Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, and P&L performance
Responsibilities:

Overall management of the lobby café and hotel bar's operational functions. This will include having a well-known presence on the floor while supervising assigned staff.

Conducting daily team meetings prior to the start/end of a shift

Responsible for both new hire and ongoing training and coaching. Issuing performance feedback, recommending and administering corrective counseling.
