Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to devise individualized treatment strategies aimed at fostering personal growth and emotional healing.

• Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using practices grounded in evidence, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards while ensuring confidentiality.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case discussions to provide holistic care and utilize diverse perspectives to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and staying abreast of mental health advancements and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients who may encounter barriers to accessing adequate mental health services, including underserved populations and those experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
