Senior Production Manager

Leading all facets of direct mail production, the full-time Senior Production Manager will manage print production, materials sourcing, and collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specifications in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Identify scope, resources, timelines, and budgets for direct mail campaign strategies Oversee coordination of design, print production, and mailing operations Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in direct mail production, preferably in life insurance or financial services Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus Proven track record of managing large-scale direct mail campaigns In-depth knowledge of print production processes and postal regulations
