What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct routine and sophisticated clinical lab tests-ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology and beyond-following established protocols to ensure reliability.
• Scrutinize results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing whenever needed.
• Meticulously document all processes, mentor incoming staff or students, and maintain the lab's quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment while adhering to relevant regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• From the moment of certification, maintain it throughout your employment with us.
