The Role:

• Assignment duration: 3 months with option to extend.
• Shift Type: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30). Regular Hours: Required.
• Call: Yes. Evening and weekend call. Varies, currently 2 on/2 off. Will depend on other provider availability.
• Cases: General surgery cases, endoscopies, total joints, arthroscopies, peripheral nerve blocks, urology, ENT, gynecology, c-sections, peds (dental, ENT, and ortho), labor epidurals
• Site Charting System: Epic.
• Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: No. Active AK license required.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
