ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Check-in guests Check-out guests Summons luggage assistance to assist guests with luggage Sorts and distributes incoming mail Cashier Communicate changes to appropriate departments Opening and posting charges Print guests' bills and collect payments, and verify guest's credit cards Answer switchboard and transfer to appropriate departments or guest Prepare reports Maintains lobby area and coffee station SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : This job requires no supervisory responsibilities.
