Administrative Assistant (Onsite up to $22/hour)

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team during their busy season this summer. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations across order processing & tracking, customer & vendor management, and shipping assistance. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for accuracy and efficiency, this is the role for you. Responsibilities Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly. Track order status from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment. Monitor and record payments, reconcile invoices, and maintain accurate financial records. Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with resolving discrepancies. Set up new vendors in QuickBooks and maintain vendor profiles. Communicate with vendors regarding order details, timelines, and payment terms. Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and vendor agreements. Assist with general office tasks and provide support to the operations team as needed. Qualifications Two or more years of proven experience in administrative or order management roles. Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
