Job Description Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Technical recruiting background preferred but not required
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) for updating candidate information and maintaining detailed notes pertaining to recruitment activity
- Experience utilizing various job boards for sourcing technical candidates
- Knowledge and proficiency in effective Boolean search strings
- Ability to understand and speak to technical concepts and requirements
- Strong understanding of employment market to be able to educate candidates and clients on market status, trends, rates, etc.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Sourcing and identifying candidates for any potential opening within an IT department
- Conducting interviews and screening steps to determine candidate eligibility and suitability for open positions
- Presenting detailed summaries of candidate skills and qualifications for consideration
- Coaching candidates on interview skills and preparedness, resume content, and current job market realities
- Completing reference checks and onboarding requirements
- Compiling information and insights on potential business leads
- Networking and building long-lasting relationships with both candidates and clients
- Creating and maintaining an up-to-date candidate matrix to be able to quickly identify and recommend candidates for available positions
