Technical Recruiter

Job Description

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-4+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Technical recruiting background preferred but not required
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) for updating candidate information and maintaining detailed notes pertaining to recruitment activity
• Experience utilizing various job boards for sourcing technical candidates
• Knowledge and proficiency in effective Boolean search strings
• Ability to understand and speak to technical concepts and requirements
• Strong understanding of employment market to be able to educate candidates and clients on market status, trends, rates, etc.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sourcing and identifying candidates for any potential opening within an IT department
• Conducting interviews and screening steps to determine candidate eligibility and suitability for open positions
• Presenting detailed summaries of candidate skills and qualifications for consideration
• Coaching candidates on interview skills and preparedness, resume content, and current job market realities
• Completing reference checks and onboarding requirements
• Compiling information and insights on potential business leads
• Networking and building long-lasting relationships with both candidates and clients
• Creating and maintaining an up-to-date candidate matrix to be able to quickly identify and recommend candidates for available positions
