Health Educator — HIV Outreach & Group Education

AmeriCorps

AmeriCorps is seeking a Health Educator to deliver 1:1 health education visits, facilitate group sessions, and complete disease management assessments in Illinois. This role supports Outreach efforts and HIV patient engagement, emphasizing compassionate, individualized care.
