As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will help bring campaigns to life by powering execution, ensuring quality, and strengthening the operational foundation that enables marketing to move faster and smarter. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Demand Generation, Events, and Marketing leadership to ensure programs launch cleanly, consistently, and in alignment with best practices. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing automation, campaign governance, and scalable program frameworks while contributing directly to the success of high-impact marketing initiatives. You’ll play a key role in evolving how our systems, processes, and standards support a growing global organization. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow into a more advanced Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or Revenue Operations career path Who You Are: - 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or campaign support. - Working knowledge of Marketo or another marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred). - Strong attention to detail and comfort with QA processes, checklists, and documentation. - Ability to follow established processes while also contributing to their continuous improvement. - Clear written communication skills for documentation and internal enablement. - Comfortable managing intake requests and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
