• Prioritize, track, and document campaign request updates via project management software (Jira).
• Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Resolve roadblocks and issues as needed to meet campaign goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or project management.
• Experience building automated and complex campaign programs from inception to completion.
• 2+ years of experience leveraging Marketo.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
