Position Wellness Nurse Manager (Full-Time) Location St. Peters, Missouri Compensation Starting wage: $33.00–$35.00 per hour Shift Schedule Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7am‑7pm On‑call: one Saturday or Sunday per month Responsibilities Serve as a Superior Supervisor: In the absence of department heads, oversee the building, leading the wellness team and other departments in providing reliable, person‑centered care. Be a Force on the Floor: Provide timely assistance with call lights, requests, and demonstrate urgency prioritizing resident needs. Perform diligent documentation: Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently. Act as a Compassionate Caregiver: Exemplify core values with professional, caring interactions that ensure residents feel safe. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment. Experience providing direct nursing care, including medication passes. Thorough knowledge of current care standards and regulations. Comprehensive knowledge of medication regulation and law. Knowledge of requirements for providing appropriate care and supervision to residents. Experience with memory‑impaired residents is preferred. Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is preferred. Read, write, understand, and communicate in English. Positive, energetic attitude. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds and perform two‑person transfers. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and provide fall assistance. Cleared by a criminal background check.
