LPN/Nurse Manager $7,500 Sign On $30.50 to $40 7pm-7am (Full-Time)

Position Wellness Nurse Manager (Full‑Time) Location St. Peters, Missouri Compensation Sign On Bonus – $7,500 Starting wage: $30.50 – $40.00 per hour Shift Schedule Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Week 2: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday. 7 pm – 7 am. On‑call rotation: one Saturday or Sunday per month. Responsibilities Be a Superior Supervisor: In the absence of department heads, the Wellness Nurse Manager is in charge of the building. Be active in the department, assist and lead the wellness team and other departments in ensuring quick, reliable, and person‑centered care is provided. Be a Force on the Floor: A good leader sets a good example. Be available to help with call lights, requests for assistance from the team, and demonstrate a sense of urgency that puts the resident’s needs—great or small—first. Be a Diligent Documenter: Resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents should be completed accurately and efficiently, and filed correctly. Be a Compassionate Caregiver: Exemplify the core values at the heart of Arrow, ensuring each interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and ends with the resident feeling safe and cared for. Qualifications Must have a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment. Will provide direct, hands‑on nursing care, including medication passes as needed. Will have thorough knowledge of current care standards and regulations. Will have comprehensive knowledge of medication regulation and law. Will understand the requirements for providing appropriate care and supervision to residents. May have experience in hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents (preferred, but not required). May have experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (preferred, but not required). Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents. Will bring a positive, energetic attitude and love for residents. Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Must have the ability to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds and perform two‑person transfers. Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and aid after a fall. Must be criminally cleared.
