Event Coordinator

Pay: $30–$33/hour Assignment: Temp through March 2026, with potential to extend We are seeking an organized, energetic, and detail‑driven Event Coordinator to support a high‑volume conference center in Oakland, CA. This role is fully onsite and ideal for someone with hotel event coordination experience, particularly those who thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. About the Role The Event Coordinator will manage scheduling, logistics, and operational support for both internal and external meetings and events. This position partners closely with AV, setup, catering, and events leadership to ensure every event runs smoothly from planning through execution.
