This role operates within a remote framework, allowing you to adjust your work environment while engaging with clients effectively. Our outpatient office facilitates direct communication and teamwork among clinicians and support staff. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments with clients to establish individualized treatment goals and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Regularly implement and review comprehensive treatment plans to track client progress and make necessary adjustments.

• Collaborate effectively with other treatment providers and community resources to deliver holistic care and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including session notes and treatment progress reports, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Attend regular staff meetings to share insights, discuss ongoing cases, and contribute to the overall culture of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
