Position Overview:

Clean Team is actively seeking passionate individuals to join us as an Area Manager. As an Area Manager, you will play a vital role in upper branch management to ensure the seamless operations of our branch.

Responsibilities:

As an Area Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring quality service provided to customers by inspecting buildings, delivering supplies and managing field staff (cleaning team members).
• Controlling supply costs and ensuring each account is adequately stocked.
• Collaborating with upper management to provide effective communication.
• Managing your time efficiently to meet operational needs.
• Training new hires.
• Cleaning/servicing facilities as needed during coverage gaps.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should be:

• Skilled at making quality decisions.
• This is a management position that will require daily travel to multiple locations each night.
• Area Managers are required to have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance.

Job Type: Full Time

Anticipated Schedule: 2nd Shift - Monday - Friday (3:30PM-12:00AM)

40 hour per week position (full-time)

Required Experience:

Supervision/Management: 1 year

Required License or Certification:

N/A

Driver's License & Reliable Transportation - REQUIRED
