Payroll and Benefits Specialist
Syracuse University
Syracuse University seeks a Human Resources Shared Services Representative to deliver first-line customer service on HR matters. The role handles employee inquiries, processes HR transactions, and supports HRIS and payroll systems with a high degree of accuracy. The position requires strong MS Office and HRIS skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.
