Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at University Family Dental in Las Cruces, NM. The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional patient experience by helping patients understand their treatment options, scheduling appointments, and coordinating financial arrangements. This position bridges the gap between clinical care and administrative excellence, ensuring that every patient receives compassionate, high-quality service from start to finish.

Position Details

Position: Full-Time Treatment Coordinator
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Office Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Competitive compensation, depending on experience

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Prior dental admin experience is preferred
Software: Experience with Dentrix software preferred
Language Skills: Bilingual preferred (not required)
