Work Environment\n

This role is structured as a remote position, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule. We operate our outpatient facility Monday through Saturday, making it crucial that our Mental Health Counselors are adaptable and willing to engage with patients at various times throughout the week. We provide in-house credentialing support, ensuring that your insurance participation and scheduling are efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, identifying their unique needs and constructing individualized therapy plans rooted in clinical best practices.

• Engage in initial evaluations to triage care effectively, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop cohesive treatment strategies.

• Maintain clear communication with colleagues regarding assessments, progress, and treatment interventions through thorough documentation and regular meetings.

• Utilize therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices to assist clients in achieving their goals, while consistently adapting interventions as needed.

• Deliver ethical case management, coordinating with community professionals and resources to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of the patient's well-being.

• Complete necessary documentation promptly and maintain compliance with department standards, ensuring high-quality care and transparency within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele consists of individuals and families seeking support in managing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is mandatory.

• A bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
