Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychological assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others as appropriate.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy, adapting your approach to fit the preferences and needs of each client.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress, ensuring that therapeutic goals remain aligned with their evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation, including session notes and treatment updates, to meet ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
