Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid VA license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).

• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with educational teams.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for students referred throughout the school year in accordance with district processes and timelines.
• Utilize assessment results to help develop appropriate Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide input for educational planning.
• Communicate assessment findings and recommendations clearly to school teams and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation following school and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
