Work Environment\n

This role operates within a remote outpatient office, offering therapeutic services from the comfort of your home while remaining deeply connected to a supportive team. We emphasize flexibility in our work arrangements and understand the importance of work-life balance. Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs and ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' needs, using evidence-based practices to craft personalized treatment plans that promote effective outcomes.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement tailored interventions that address individual client issues.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records compliant with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring transparency and accountability in client care.

• Engage collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, participating in case consultations to foster comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support to enhance their journey towards wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults aged 18 and older, helping individuals overcome a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By understanding the unique cultural and personal contexts of each client, you will tailor your approach to effectively support their healing journey and foster long-term mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
