Solutions Engineer

We are hiring a Solutions Engineer for a growing software company focused on helping industrial and operational businesses improve workflow efficiency, automation, and business processes. This role will support customer-specific solutions, with a focus on technical configuration, workflow updates, troubleshooting, testing, and practical software enhancements. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of software, business systems, and customer solutions. The role is not limited to writing code. It requires someone who can understand requirements, work through technical details, test changes carefully, and help deliver reliable solutions for real business users. Core responsibilities: Configure and support solutions within the Esker on Demand platform Customize workflows, dashboards, reports, background logic, and user interfaces Support customer-specific setup and modifications Troubleshoot software defects and configuration issues Perform functional and integration testing Document technical changes and implementation details Work with senior engineers on project priorities, code reviews, and solution delivery Technical background: Familiarity with Esker on Demand, Epicor, ERP systems is a plus Familiarity with XML, JSON, APIs, and web-based data formats Exposure to Git, Agile practices, and Microsoft Windows environments Interest in workflow automation, integrations, and business process technology Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail This role is a good fit for someone with experience in software development, application support, technical support, implementation, configuration, or business systems work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
