Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and follow-up screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status, establishing a foundation for effective treatment.

• Create individualized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Facilitate dynamic individual and group therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure holistic treatment of clients’ mental health needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, encouraging their active involvement in the recovery and support process.

Qualifications\n
