You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. How You Will Make an Impact

Assist with policy changes and inquiries, ensuring their coverage evolves as their lives change (like buying a car or starting a business).

Process insurance claims with empathy and urgency, guiding clients through stressful situations.

Proactively market relevant products and services. Please note: Sales plays a major role in this position, focused on empowering clients to protect what they love.

Maintain accurate, detailed client records so we never miss a beat when they need us.

Act as the vital liaison between customers and internal departments, coordinating with underwriters for timely policy issuance. What You Bring to the Table We are looking for the core skills that make a great advocate:

An active Property and Casualty (P&C) License is a huge plus. Compensation: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
