Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support
• Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in ATS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Accurately input and update candidate, client, and job data in ATS and CRM systems
• Utilize LinkedIn to update databases and build sales lists
• Coordinate with recruiting and sales teams to ensure data accuracy
• Maintain data integrity through audits and data cleansing
• Prepare candidate profiles and format resumes
• Generate reports and provide data-driven insights for recruiters
• Manage job postings across job boards and recruitment platforms
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Support recruitment administration and related administrative processes as needed
