Project Coordinator

Role Description

WSP is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project Controls team. This individual can be based out of various locations in the US. This role will be remote for the most part with potential need to visit the office for initial training.

Your Impact

• Working closely with all levels of management and disciplines/departments; coordinating & communicating relevant project information to the team.
• Providing high-level coordination/administrative support to the client.
• Acting as liaison between WSP and clients as required.
• Scheduling and attending project meetings (internal or with client).
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• 5 years of project support/administrative experience.
• Experience supporting a high volume of projects.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a good communicator.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry-related experience (preferred).
• Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and ProjectWise (preferred).
