Human Resources Specialist

Mid-sized professional services firm is seeking a Recruiting/HR Specialist to manage and support campus and lateral recruiting through initial life cycle period of new hires. Responsibilities Manage the candidate process including being first point of contact, reviewing resumes, conducting first‑round interviews, and working with recruiting agencies, candidates, and partners to schedule interviews Coordinate with core campus schools for recruiting including career fairs, interview schedules and small group gatherings Work closely with recruiting agencies, building rapport, scheduling, and negotiating contracts Create/maintain job descriptions and post open positions Partner with executives across the firm Conduct research to develop potential candidate pipeline lists Create offer letters, coordinate new hire orientations, and conduct new hire check‑ins Conduct HR reporting and coordinate employee engagement events Take on ad hoc projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or something comparable 3‑5 years of human resources or recruiting/recruiting coordinator experience required Experience in consulting, finance, legal or similar is preferred Advanced Microsoft Office skills and tech‑savvy (including AI proficiency) plus experience with applicant tracking systems required Detail oriented and have a proven track record in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Professional with the ability to maintain confidentiality #J-18808-Ljbffr
