Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Tulsa, OK Pay: $18/hour Experience: Previous administrative, customer service, or related experience preferred. Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm ProRecruiters is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Answer customer calls, emails, and messages. Provide information about products, services, and procedures. Maintain accurate customer records and account information. Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints. Dispatch service and emergency calls to managers. Process orders, returns, and account updates. Maintain accurate customer records and account information. Follow up on service requests and elevate issues when needed. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information. Assist with special projects and other assigned duties. Position Requirements Basic computer skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized.
