Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for each patient to identify their mental health needs, strengths, and areas for improvement, setting the foundation for personalized treatment plans.

• Manage an active caseload with a minimum of 20 client visits weekly, providing consistent care and follow-up support.

• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, updates, and seek collaborative solutions to enhance service delivery.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives and patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an Outpatient Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess an active license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and document clinical information.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting the competitive nature of mental health services in our region.
