Start Date: September 8, 2026
End Date: June 10, 2027
Positions span 37.5 hours per week with a variety of caseload assignments—Center Based ASD/DCD, Center Based SEL, and Resource roles—across various elementary schools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education licensure is required
- Accepted endorsements: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Developmental Cognitive Disability (DCD), Emotional Behavior Disorder (EBD), Academic Behavior Strategist (ABS)
- At least 2 years of dedicated Special Education teaching experience (general ed, paraprofessional, or substitute teaching do not fulfill this requirement)
- Strong commitment to individualized instruction and inclusive practices
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- Experience with center-based programs is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student abilities and progress
- Provide direct instruction and behavioral support to students assigned to your caseload
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, related service professionals, and families
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with state/federal guidelines
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom climate
