We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate Level II Facilities to join our team specializing in Facilities for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Efficient Data Management: By accurately gathering, compiling, and entering data into reports, presentations, and office systems, you will ensure that information is reliable and easily accessible for decision-making.
• Administrative Support: Conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and addressing information requests will provide valuable support to your team and help streamline operations.
• Effective Communication: Responding to or redirecting inquiries promptly and accurately will enhance communication within the organization and with external parties.
• Payment Processing: Preparing and submitting documentation for vendor payments and responding to related inquiries will ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Policy Documentation: Documenting and maintaining departmental policies and procedures will help standardize operations and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Team Collaboration: Participating in business improvement projects and assignments will contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and outcomes.
• Routine Administrative Tasks: Performing tasks such as preparing correspondence, arranging meetings, and scheduling conference calls will support the smooth functioning of daily operations.
• Mentorship: Acting as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience will foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, helping others grow and succeed.

Support Transformation and Facilities team related to team work development workshop

Participate in Project management activities

Provide support to leadership team on monthly and weekly reports and presentation
