Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as the primary contact and advocate for clients, coordinating referrals to community resources that support ongoing recovery and emotional health.

• Play a significant role in crisis intervention when necessary, assessing situations and deploying appropriate responses and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Advocare, you will work with individuals facing chronic illnesses and terminal conditions. Your role will involve supporting clients in navigating their health journeys, addressing mental health challenges, and engaging with family members who may also require assistance in coping with grief and supporting their loved ones. This client focus necessitates a deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of caregiving and bereavement.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related field; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
