This fast-track contract-to-hire opportunity offers regular daytime hours and a supportive team environment focused on quality, accuracy, and continuous innovation.

Hours : Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility and some Saturdays

responsibilities:

• Accurately log customer samples into LIMS systems and perform clerical reviews to verify all data.
• Ensure proper sample handling, precise labeling, and correct storage temperature compliance.
• Maintain high organization and cleanliness across the sample receiving area while managing supply stocks.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for clear, professional communication with clients and vendors.
• Execute ISO standards, quality control requirements, and safety protocols consistently.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• Associate degree in science or a related field (or equivalent operational experience).
• 2+ years of experience in sample receiving, shipping, or lab operations.
• High typing proficiency, sharp attention to detail, and administrative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-40 lbs as needed.

Preferred:

• Customer-facing or client service background.
• Basic chemistry knowledge or familiarity with LIMS software.
